⏳ Delivery Timelines
- 🕖 Orders placed between 7 AM to 5 PM IST will be delivered within 5 hours.
- 🌙 Orders placed between 5 PM to 12 PM IST will be delivered the next day.
- 📅 We deliver all 7 days a week to ensure uninterrupted service.
📌 Other Delivery Conditions
- ✅ Availability: You must be present to receive the delivery during the time slot you specify.
- 🚫 Failed Delivery: If delivery is not executed on the first attempt due to:
- 🏠 No one being at home
- 📍 Wrong or insufficient address
- 🔒 Premises being locked
- 📵 Wrong mobile or landline number, no reply, or not reachable
- ❌ Refusal to accept the order
Then, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds, discounts, cancellations, or re-delivery will be applicable in such cases.
- 🌪️ Force Majeure: In case of natural calamities such as earthquakes, heavy rains, emergency strikes, curfew, or any other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to the next most probable date.
