2️⃣ Payment Timing

  • ⏳ Online Payments: Must be completed at the time of placing the order.
  • 👤 Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

3️⃣ Payment Confirmation

✉️ After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and payment receipt.

4️⃣ Security

5️⃣ Failed Transactions

  • ⏳ In case of deductions from your account for a failed transaction, the amount will be refunded within 4 business days.

  • 💳 Refunds are processed for cancellations made before dispatch or if an order cannot be fulfilled.
  • ⏳ Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4 business days.

7️⃣ Cancellation and Returns

  • ❌ Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
