- 🕖 Orders placed between 7 AM to 5 PM IST will be delivered within 5 hours.
- 🌙 Orders placed between 5 PM to 12 PM IST will be delivered the next day.
- 📅 We deliver all 7 days a week to ensure uninterrupted service.
📌 Other Delivery Conditions
- ✅ Availability: You must be present to receive the delivery during the time slot you specify.
- 🚫 Failed Delivery: If delivery is not executed on the first attempt due to:
- 🏠 No one being at home
- 📍 Wrong or insufficient address
- 🔒 Premises being locked
- 📵 Wrong mobile or landline number, no reply, or not reachable
- ❌ Refusal to accept the order
Then, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds, discounts, cancellations, or re-delivery will be applicable in such cases.
