Please review the Returns Policy and Refund Policy of Evergreen Basket, which applies to products sold by us. We will review your request and, if approved, may offer a replacement delivery.

1️⃣ Return Policy

  • 🌿 Fresh Produce: Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, and other produce, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. Please inspect your items at the time of delivery to confirm their quality.
  • 🏪 Non-Perishable Items: If you receive non-perishable items that are damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. The items must remain in their original packaging and unused condition for eligibility.

2️⃣ Refund Policy

  • 🌱 Perishable Items: Refunds are not available for perishable items after delivery. We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.
  • 🛠️ Non-Perishable Items: Refunds for non-perishable items will be provided if the product is determined to be defective or damaged and the return is approved by our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 4 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • ❌ Order Cancellations: Orders must be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is on its way, cancellations cannot be accepted. For pre-paid orders, a full refund will be processed if the cancellation request is approved.

  • 🚫 Exclusions: Returns or refunds are not accepted for items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
