5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy):

• No returns or refunds once delivered, except in case of damaged or spoiled items.

Non-Perishable Items:

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or defective products.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Use of the Platform

• You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• All content (images, text, logo, design) belongs to Evergreen Basket and cannot be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
